Please bring a specimen of urine and your Antenatal Records with you. The midwife sees patients on Wednesday afternoons.

 

Extended Minor Surgery

Travel Clinic
We give a full comprehensive advice on travel. Please book with the nurse 4 to 6 weeks before departure for immunisation. We provide vaccinations against Typhoid, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Diphtheria and Tetanus.

 

Diabetic Clinic
The diabetic clinic is run between Doctor Sudha and Gill. We provide a comprehensive care.

Smoking Cessation Clinic
The Smoking Cessation Clinic is run by the practice nurse. We actively provide leaflets and offer counselling through the Stop Smoking Clinic at PCT and local chemists and also advocate Stop Smoking through pregnancy. We provide NRT and Zyban.

Baby Clinic Is held on Tuesday and Thursday by the Health Visitor.

CHD Clinic
We follow up all patients with heart disease, angina and AF regularly in our CHD Clinic, which is run by doctor and practice nurse. Make sure you have your blood tests annually. Please bring all your medication with you to your clinic appointment.
